An Important Note on Conference Organization & Initiatives
Please note that the IPES Lisbon 2026 Conference is uniquely structured as a collaboration between two independent, complementary initiatives:

The Academic & Scientific Programme (22, 23, and 25 June 2026): This annual meeting is hosted, organized, and managed solely by Carlos Imbrosio Filho (acting as the sole host institution representative present in Lisbon). This scientific initiative is proudly delivered in collaboration with our academic partners, Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa (UAL) and the Ratio Legis Research and Development Centre, who serve as the venue and institutional partners to ensure a smooth session delivery.

The Cultural Programme: This parallel initiative is managed independently by IPES (the non-profit organization), led by their Director for Cultural Affairs, Snezana Mijovic-Das, and its former President Dilip K. Das, who warmly invited Carlos Filho to bring the academic framework to Lisbon.
By bringing these two distinct programs together, we look forward to offering you a comprehensive, seamless, and enriching conference experience!
